Terms and Conditions for Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in any course offered by Go HighLevel Philippines Training Center (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“student,” “participant,” or “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

1. Enrollment and Access

1.1. Access to the GHL Course is granted for one (1) year, starting from the date your payment has been successfully made and confirmed.

1.2. Access to any Supplementary Course is granted for two (2) years, starting from the date your payment has been successfully made.

1.3. All course access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. All course fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access to any materials or resources.

2.2. Go HighLevel Philippines Training Center does not issue refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your selected course before completing your purchase.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rules

3.1. All videos, materials, and resources provided within our courses are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3.2. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, recording, reproducing, or copying any part of the course content;

• Distributing, sharing, or reselling course materials;

• Uploading or posting our content to any online or offline platform without written permission.
  
  3.3. Any violation of these rules constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate legal action in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
  

4. Disciplinary Actions

4.1. Any participant found violating these Terms — including but not limited to content misuse, sharing of login details, or intellectual property infringement — will be permanently banned from all courses and memberships of Go HighLevel Philippines Training Center.

4.2. Legal action may be pursued for damages or losses caused by such violations.

5. General Provisions

5.1. Go HighLevel Philippines Training Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

5.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

5.3. By completing your payment and enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
